PhenQ VS Phen375

Phen375 vs PhenQ

PhenQ and Phen375 are similarly-named weight loss pills that are both currently on the market – though a lot of people tend to get them confused with one-another, mostly due to the names sounding so much alike.

But there are some differences – as well as some similarities. Understanding how the products are different will help you to figure out which one might work the best for you – so let’s take a look at both of these supplements and give them a side-by-side comparison.

What do they do?

First, let’s take a look at what these products are intended to do.

  • Burns Fat
  • Stops Fat Production
  • Suppresses Your Appetite
  • Boosts Your Energy
  • Improves Your Mood

  • Suppresses Cravings
  • Burns Fat
  • Helps The User To Lose Weight

In these respects, they both seem to be pretty close to the same… though PhenQ claims that their product also improves your mood, while Phen375 doesn’t seem to make such a claim. PhenQ also claims to boost energy levels, while Phen375 doesn’t seem to say anything about this on their product website either.

What are the key ingredients?

The key ingredients are going to play a big part in how well the product performs – so taking a look at what the supplement contains can give you a ton of clues about how well you can expect it to work for you. Here are the key ingredients found in each of these supplements as listed on the official product websites.

PhenQ: Key Ingredients

  • Capsimax Powder (made from capsicum, piperine, caffeine, and niacin). This ingredient helps to burn fat.
  • Calcium Carbonate. This ingredients helps to maintain a healthy body weight, and is also believed to help your body burn stored fat.

  • Chromium Picolinate. This is a mineral, and is said to help reduce sugar and carb cravings. It also helps your body to control your blood-sugar levels.
  • Nopal. This fibre is rich in amino acids, and provides extra energy while also helping to fight fluid retention.
  • L-Carnitine Furmarate. This ingredient is said to help the body turn stored fat into energy.

Phen375: Key Ingredients

  • L-Carnitine. This ingredient is said to help turn stored body fat into energy.

  • Dendrobium Nobile Extract. This ingredient is said to help improve digestion.

Are they both backed by science?

This is a huge issue in my opinion – because scientific studies can do a lot to reveal how effective weight loss pills like this are. Plus, I’m always leery of products that don’t have any scientific backing. So let’s take a look at the scientific evidence behind these two formulations.

PhenQ Scientific Research

Here’s what the official PhenQ website has to say about clinical studies performed with their product, especially regarding α-Lacys Reset®–which is a special formulation of ingredients within the supplement.

“Extensive clinical studies have proven the ability of α-Lacys Reset® to decrease both body weight and body fat, and even increase muscle mass – one of the best ways to burn more calories…”

When compared to placebo results, participants in the study lost 7.24% of their body fat, 3.44% of their body weight, and gained 3.8% muscle mass. You can find out more about these studies here.

Phen375 Scientific Research

As of right now, I wasn’t able to locate any clinical trials that have been performed using Phen375. This information has been confirmed for me on a number of other websites – so it would definitely seem that this company has not had any clinical studies performed on their supplement.

Who makes it?

PhenQ is supplied and manufactured by ERGO Group Limited. Phen375 is made by RDK Global. For a little while, I was almost convinced that both of these products were made by the same company – but as soon as I began some more in-depth research, this ended up not being the case at all.

Both of these products are similar – but there are some inherent differences that could possibly be a deal breaker for me where Phen375 is concerned. They both seem to be manufactured in quality environments to a high standard – but PhenQ has gone through quite a bit of clinical testing, while Phen375 has not.

To me, this might be a bit of a deal-breaker. Phen375 seems to contain some similar ingredients, but I can’t get past the fact that it hasn’t gone through the same rigorous clinical testing as PhenQ. For this reason, I can’t help but to come to the conclusion that PhenQ seems to be the better, more effective bet if you’re looking for a weight-loss supplement that’s proven to work.
